Payoneer closed my account

Hello

i have been using it since 2016 and suddenly they closed my account with all the funds inside, i called them but all i get is " i cant provide info, it was due to not complying to our terms ".

Anyone had the same issue & managed to get his account back, any help will be much appreciated please?

Did you send or received funds from new sources? what was your last transaction amount?

I bet it relates to the SVB collapse, they were like the 10th or 15th depositor in volume with them.

yes i was received new money through wise from some clients. but digital services isn't allowed i believe...

This is unlike them, they started closing accounts in recent two years and acting exactly like PayPal.

I could care less about the account now to be honest, i just want my funds released, they literally closed account without any proceedings of how to withdraw funds

Maybe when you received the new payments those clients typed something against payooner policies, like this is a payment for..... no mailicious but by accident! sorry is really bad they closed your account but retain the money is even worst, unfortunately I do not believe they will release the funds banks are strick sorry and hope you can get your money back.

they told me to wait 3months before i can get my funds i doubt they will do , i can't trust that very much

Your account been flag.

Was the account fully verified with address and proper I'd.

And was you paying tax on the money they gave to you.

Somethink fishy

A was this a Stelth account? Or real account?

It's super annoying to wait, but don't worry, they have to pay your balance unless it's proven dirty money or comes from black sources. Of course, I am assuming the account is not fake and is genuinely verified.

Forget about the account. No amount of begging or explanation will make them reactivate it.

However and fortunately too, they will send your remaining balance to your bank. Unless the reason the account was closed was because of a fraudulent activity.

They closed mine for no reason but remaining funds where sent. I had to open a new account with another email. I'm still using the account till date.

That my real account, i have it since 2016 with my real name & documents.

yes its my own account, i was receiving money lately from wise accounts of legit agencies i'm working with & from my business paypal that i sent the money from for the last 5 years.

They simply told me the account cannot be reactivated. I thought my money was gone but after 1 month I got my funds. Note that my funds were from Amazon. So the source will likely determine.

Didn't they tell you anything about waiting 3 months to get funds? they just emailed you out of the blue & told you to withdraw your money?

I didn't have access to the account, so there was no way to make any withdrawal. My remaining balance was automatically sent to me.

If the amount is big, take a legal action against them. That way they will have to explain the reason of closure of account.

i have already started threating them with lawsuits on emails. i will probably do so to get my money as they got no right to steal my funds.
