Was checking the SERPS to see how my
new niche blog is performing.
Behold ! Now there's a shitty high DA AI site ranking for all 0 search volume keywords including the ones I targetted (none of them was there in February when I started the blog).

Probably some talentless hack with no writing skills but enough of their dad's drug money to spend started a high DA site, filled it with ChatGPT gibberish content and is now dominating the SERPS.
I am losing all hope on my new blog.
I just hope Google penalises these scumbag hacks to oblivion.

I thought blogging was a field where quality and talent were recognised. But I'm wrong I guess, it's another autocracy where only those with huge chunks of money to spend can have google perform lap dances for them.

Fuck Google. They claim so many unreal shit about their crawlers and search engine bots but they can't differentiate between shitty AI content and manually written informative content till now?

Do the same and get inspired by them.

Obiously if you can write quality articles, combine that with GPT. You can scale and dominate since yours will have the human touch.

Copy, Rinse and Succeed !
I really can't. The AI site has fucking 50+ DA.
My blog is totally new with 1DA and 1PA.

Tbh i don't think Google will keep up with Chat GPT v4, at least not soon.
AI content is very readable at this stage but we will see .. not happening soon imo.

Give it time.
I'm really hoping Google stops being a strip dancer for the rich and starts valuing content.
Otherwise there's no chance for people like me.
My niche is extremely uncommon but the scumbags came for this niche too.

Yeah, dude. It's the same here. I am just tired of seeing not only AI articles but SERPs filled up with 50 products ad on top of multiple e-commerce sites ranking for my keywords that was never the case before. Google is shit and that's a fact.

I don't know much about AI. I tried ChatGPT for raw content. The quality is nowhere near human written article.

Don’t fear competition. Adapt or run of business .

I did keyword research for an entire week to gather the ones with lowest competition.
I honestly lost hope.
Unless there's some engine wide ban on the talentless AI article publishers there's nothing I can do to rank.
Just imagine.
How am I supposed to compete against some 50+ DA site which even targetted the zero search volume keywords.

This isn't competition. This is monopoly.
I'm from a shitty third world country with median wage of 200$. I cannot compete with some kingpin spending thousands of dollars for expired domains and automation setups.

So you're mad they beat you to it, or you didn't find their website when you researched before starting his brand-new venture?

Just use AI to your advantage.. its available to you the same as it is to your competition, daddy's drug money aside.

The site is obviously some high DA expired domain someone with shit ton of money acquired.
I did my keyword research and that shit site was in none of the SERPs. The SERPs were totally dominated by forums and user generated content with 2-3 low DA competitors (genuine blog owners not some shitty AI copypasting trash).

I mean this genuinely, but the problem seems more of your mentality than the existence of another website. You say you have a brand new website, and your mad someone else is ranking for what you've just begun to try and do... Give it time. Spend your efforts competing with them towards the goal rather than quitting because someone else has a similar thought as you. You can't just enter a market and expect to begin at the top.

I say this with respect because if you are on BHW, you are likely much further ahead than your competition. I've lurked here for the better part of a decade of digital marketing, and I've learned concepts that are STILL foreign in top-rated college courses (I have learned more here than I have all the marketing courses across two bachelor's degrees from a top SEC business school.) If you have the drive to spend your time on BHW, you have the smarts to use chatGPT to SHRED the competition!! Wishing you success.

If you'd like help with high-quality prompts for chatgpt, or a good WordPress plugin, lmk! Goodluck

It's not about similar thought. If that were the case I would've hated on the competitor sites in my niche who are similar hardworking bloggers.
If the high DA site ranked for actually engaging content I'd have had no problem. But the content is pure garbage and so blatantly obvious it's generated by AI.
Anyways I sincerely hope that site and all AI sites that are killing the blog experience for people gets penalised forever.

Btw I'm not quitting. I will overtake that site by any means.

Thanks for the offer I appreciate it. I try to write content by myself to keep it as relatable for visitors as possible.
I only use ChatGPT sometimes to generate keyword ideas or blog outlines.

SEO is not for everyone. Either you have the bank roll or will not to give up until you figure out how to out rank domains with bigger DR by focusing on all other areas of optimization such as internal links, pillar pages, remove keyword Cannibalization, stronger on page, etc.

You also have to get creative with securing supportive links without having to cash out for them if you dont have the funds. Link bait type of content, link blog trades, manually posting on high DR websites that allow links. Etc.

I'm thinking along the same lines.
I was planning to rank my blog solely based on content and natural links.
Not anymore. I will start link outreach from tommorow.
