Bumble Photos - Mass Accounts

I have mass bumble accounts running for a few of my creators. Currently we are cropping each profile photo and saving, to ensure they are Unquie photos per account to reduce the chance of bans.

Is there any easier way to use photos several times on multiple accounts?

Maybe a software or a file type which can be used over and over again?
