Does this app automatically segregate the keywords on uploading keyword sheet from GSC

Yes it does, but you can always add more data, and you need to change the clusters later, because the software isn't 100% perfect. So for example, I get things which are clustered together which I find wrong sometimes, but you will realize that when you try to have multiple related clusters being written out. And then you can change certain sections or heading.
