Yes ofcourse, it will run in the background in your console, you can also use online python cloud services to run this.

Hey mate ! I am interested in buying the bot, but I am afraid of loosing everyone of my accounts, right now every account is banned after a few posts, what can I do to "warm up" these fresh accounts ?If you don't warm them up, yes.

You need to age them a bit, do some random group joinings from it, use a trusted sms service for the creation. There are more warmup techniques too, or maybe just buy an aged warmed up account from any supplier.
Or if you don't want to go through the hassle, prefer buying the adbot service instead, where I will manage the accounts and posting for you, replacement of banned accounts is already included in the cost, along with monthly message posting in your groups list.
