How do I Bypass YouTube's Duplicate Content Filters?

I've noticed there's a lot of YouTube shorts recently that are blatant reposts of content from other platforms or from other YouTube channels.

How do they manage to not get detected by YouTube's algorithm as being duplicate content? There is not always visible editing done to the videos either, which is strange. Are they editing metadata or something?

Anyways, I'm looking for any advice/experience you guys have with how to bypass any duplicate content filters. For example, if I wanted to take a popular tiktok/popular YT short and post it as my own YouTube short, how would I go about ensuring YouTube doesn't detect it as duplicate content?

Play around with the video, play with the music. Change metadata of the video perhaps. You will have to learn Adobe Premier Pro for it.

Try to change small details in the video, add title or text in the video, change music, change title and description. You can even do that on Canva and you will be good to go.
