Not happy :( - Missing sales with Wecantrack - Alternatives?

WARNING: Do not use Wecantrack!

I have been using Wecantrack tool for almost one year, now I noticed big issues with tracking issues. I have missed over 500 USD in sales in just the last 60 days..

Support is quick to respond, but will not reimburse, nor will they accept it's their fault. The tool was misreporting data and it seems to not properly register clicks and sales in a multitude of cases. I contact the 2 affiliate networks about this issue and they stated they've seen this issue before with wecantrack. However, they cannot assign the leads back to me, even though they've found them on their side.

Anyone else having issues with affiliate tracking product Wecantrack? And what are some alternatives you recommend? We run an media buying operation from Israel.

Tapfilliate and Tipalti seems nice, but maybe there is some WP plugin which we could employ?

We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, we cannot find any reports of that issue in our support system and this does not sound like a common issue. Usually our tracking and attribution capabilities lie above 95% coverage and most affiliate networks can confirm that our API and Postback connections work well. If this is not the case for your account we will of course be happy to help you fix the issue or reimburse you accordingly.
