That's a nifty little racket you got going. Thanks for sharing it with us.I launched the website one and a half weeks ago and these are the results - five sales.
Thanks bro. Yes, my content strategy is targeting some real low difficulty keywords so hoping to see some ranking soon. That's a nifty little racket you got going. Thanks for sharing it with us.
It's great that only one of your competitors is targeting SEO seriously, because that means you can rank number 2 fairly easy. You could create a better serp title than they do and get some extra clicks your way.
I will follow. Good luck!
Thank you! Appreciate the supportAlways wonderful to see people come up with original ideas. Good luck on your journey.![]()
WOW! You've just given a massive idea away, thanks bro! Gonna implement thisSimple and smart as fuck. Nice work so far; going to follow along and see where you take it.
One random idea I just had that may help with organic traffic is: along with targeting states, make pages targeting the larger cities in those states since they will be less competitive and you should be able to rank quicker.
Essentially adding a more local SEO element to the business model.

pode dizer que documentos são estes?Welcome to my 2nd Journey.
I wanted to share this journey to show there are still some untapped niches out there and not everything is "oversaturated" (I hate hearing this).
I came up with this idea from my day job, which is in banking. This idea is specific to my own country and may not work elsewhere, but I want to encourage everyone to explore what they know in their day to day from their own day jobs, studying, or family, and find service or product gaps for you to explore. You will be surprised at what you will find and how lucrative they can be.
THE SERVICE
I won't be revealing it in full, but in a broad description - it is specific documents from a government register. No, it's not anything illegal or classified. It's something ANY citizen of my country can request themselves through state government websites at a cost.
The web design and SEO is so poor for the government that if you Google how to get this document, the gov websites do not appear on the first page of Google.
It costs between $22 - $28 (depending on the state/province) to pull these documents, and I am charging a flat fee of $70 per document for this. I post Google Ads driving to a landing page, people pay for the service. I manually go into the gov website, request required documents (it comes instantaneously) then I forward to the customer. I also have a blog that I am posting content for keywords related to this service.
I explored this idea as customers of the bank would contact me and ask me if the bank can provide these documents to them. The bank obviously has a direct access to this, but we can't provide them to freely to people because there is cost to the bank.
COMPETITION
There are two types of competition: resellers like me and information brokers.
-There are two other resellers doing this. One of them is a minor service offering by a small legal firm, so not a priority for them. The other is a more established business that is my direct competitor which is rather established and doing well SEO wise. However, you will see below there is still enough demand for newbies to jump in and make sales relatively quickly.
-The information brokers offer this on an individual level, however they are primarily B2B. Their main clients are banks, accountants, law firms, and settlement agents. Their advertising is 100% directed towards these businesses. I ran some of their sites through Semrush paid search traffic tool and there were zero ads targeting individual consumers.

-Meu foco principal no momento é otimizar meus anúncios.
No bro, not prepared to reveal as it's low competitionVagem

Quite happy with this outcome, as it's only been a few weeks with this.
I mentioned previously there is an additional service I am looking to sell which requires a more "blackhat" approach.
Based on my day job, I am aware of certain data providers and how to get access to them. So, I have done this and will be selling reports they generate as a type of upsell. There is nothing illegal about this, just a breach of terms of service. I have a separate email established purely for these reports, so it will be difficult for them to link this account to me.
I did have a set back with my Google ads plans. I changed my targeting from individual states to country wide. Unfortunately this seems to be the same strategy as the other providers, and I found my cost per click going up to $5-7 which is way too expensive. I've now returned to initial tactic of going for individual states where it's around 70c per click.
When I got my Nie the company I worked for hired an agency to get it fixed for all the workers. I think they charged way more than €50 per application. In this case I think it's good to have someone else do the process, especially as people who apply for Nie usually don't speak Spanish. You also have to consider they have to get paid for the work, even if it just takes 10 minutes to file most professions charge by the hour.I saw something similar when i moved to spain. The Nie, a document needed for some things here, costs around 9 euros per person but fill out the paperwork and make an appointment it is not very easy (for those who are not very practical). some websites resell the service by doing everything for you, with a cost of around €40-50.
Interesting, I will follow your progress. It's nice to see someone thinking outside the box, instead of the usual cpas and affiliations.
Actual profit is around $220. I'm a rookie with Google Ads, so probably losing a bit of money as I'm learning and working through itInteresting journey! Instead of changing your winning campaign to country wide, you should duplicate it and change the new campaign to focus on another state only. No need to focus on the entire country if that's what the big players are doing! If you found one state with no competition I'm sure there are more.
What are your actual profits? After ad spend and service cost is deducted from Paypal?
