Hello everyone!
New to this community but absolutely love what i'm seeing and how everyone's trying to help each other get ahead of the game.
This thread will be my trail of starting an OnlyFans management Agency, the ups and downs along the way, hopefully benefitting everyone by learning from my mistakes or things i may not of thought of.
Little background to why i've got to this position:
Currently have created content with two models in the past, one who is fairly doing decent (£2000+) a month, who has agreed to be managed by me as a trial once i start up, has had a bad experience with a previous agency before so is a little hesitant.
The second individual who i'm pretty close with is very successful making £140-200k a month before deductions, seeing the amount of money one individual was receiving was mind blowing, thus has started all this idea, She currently is ran by a management company so is off limits, however I've just began running her socials for 10% commission to get a basic idea of the chatting element.
Currently i'm in the initial stage, below is my business plan so far i've the current steps hurdles i intent to go through, which i'll add more detail to the sections and change parts as i learn knew things or complete the task.
The story begins:
Establish a comprehensive strategy, including a business plan
Training and Coaching of your OnlyFans Models
Most OnlyFans management agencies overlook the importance of coaching their models, which is where they fall behind. Remember that your models are the face of your management agency; if they do not work well, your company will not work well.
Start with an audit of your creator’s social media accounts where they showcase their content, like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Run a detailed analysis and then give them personal advice. For example, suggest uploading a tempting display picture or writing an impressive bio.
As an OnlyFans manager, you should always be on your toes and keep repeating the coaching process regularly. Train your models about the angles, lighting, outfits, and backgrounds. You can also share some examples of ideal content with them to inspire them, and so on.

Establish a comprehensive strategy, including a business plan
- Currently in the process of writing up a full business plan, trying to cover and have knowledge on as much angles as possible, especially as i've never owned a company before.
- Have opened a business account
- Prepare Contracts and learn Legalities: Another essential step is to set up contract papers.
- Look into MRA to specify that the model understand that she will be naked and she is not forced to do so.
- Need a proof that the model is 18+ (a copy of her ID card) to comply with 2257 US law even if you don't live in the US.
- Searching for OnlyFans Contracts currently being used (if anyone can help me with that, that would be amazing)
- Potentially speak to a lawyer regarding this
- Need to set up a document that contains the objectives, rules, and strategies of your management company.
- Created the Agency name (checked online it isn't take)
- Need to create website, create a landing page, and what are some important things in a landing page to mention?
- Created an Instagram page
- Create Tiktok
- Approach on Instagram
- How to approach creators when they first contact you?
- What marketing sources should you use to get more top OnlyFans creators for your OnlyFans agency?
- What software(s) can you use to manage your creators?
- How can you deliver a 24/7 chatting service to creators?

Scale your OnlyFans management agency
- Create clothing for models to take pictures in - marketing
- Virtual assistants
- Content writers
- Experienced chatters
- Marketing experts
- Sales tea
- And content managers.
- How can you get paid? And how much should you charge from a creator?
- £2000 Fixed fee + 5% commission of earnings for every £5,000, for example £10,000 = 10%, £15,000 = 15%, all the way up until 30%.
- Would a month trial whilst the company starts be good? (no fixed fee just commission)
