Hello everyone!

New to this community but absolutely love what i'm seeing and how everyone's trying to help each other get ahead of the game.
This thread will be my trail of starting an OnlyFans management Agency, the ups and downs along the way, hopefully benefitting everyone by learning from my mistakes or things i may not of thought of.

Little background to why i've got to this position:
Currently have created content with two models in the past, one who is fairly doing decent (£2000+) a month, who has agreed to be managed by me as a trial once i start up, has had a bad experience with a previous agency before so is a little hesitant.
The second individual who i'm pretty close with is very successful making £140-200k a month before deductions, seeing the amount of money one individual was receiving was mind blowing, thus has started all this idea, She currently is ran by a management company so is off limits, however I've just began running her socials for 10% commission to get a basic idea of the chatting element.

Currently i'm in the initial stage, below is my business plan so far i've the current steps hurdles i intent to go through, which i'll add more detail to the sections and change parts as i learn knew things or complete the task.

The story begins:

Establish a comprehensive strategy, including a business plan

  • Currently in the process of writing up a full business plan, trying to cover and have knowledge on as much angles as possible, especially as i've never owned a company before.
  • Have opened a business account
Start with a Proper Set-Up for your agency
  • Prepare Contracts and learn Legalities: Another essential step is to set up contract papers.
  • Look into MRA to specify that the model understand that she will be naked and she is not forced to do so.
  • Need a proof that the model is 18+ (a copy of her ID card) to comply with 2257 US law even if you don't live in the US.
  • Searching for OnlyFans Contracts currently being used (if anyone can help me with that, that would be amazing)
  • Potentially speak to a lawyer regarding this
  • Need to set up a document that contains the objectives, rules, and strategies of your management company.
Create your OnlyFans Management Agency Brand
  • Created the Agency name (checked online it isn't take)
  • Need to create website, create a landing page, and what are some important things in a landing page to mention?
  • Created an Instagram page
  • Create Tiktok
Work with Quality OnlyFans Content Creators (Later stage)
  • Approach on Instagram
  • How to approach creators when they first contact you?
  • What marketing sources should you use to get more top OnlyFans creators for your OnlyFans agency?
Onboarding Process of your OnlyFans Models
  • What software(s) can you use to manage your creators?
  • How can you deliver a 24/7 chatting service to creators?

Training and Coaching of your OnlyFans Models

Most OnlyFans management agencies overlook the importance of coaching their models, which is where they fall behind. Remember that your models are the face of your management agency; if they do not work well, your company will not work well.

Start with an audit of your creator’s social media accounts where they showcase their content, like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Run a detailed analysis and then give them personal advice. For example, suggest uploading a tempting display picture or writing an impressive bio.

As an OnlyFans manager, you should always be on your toes and keep repeating the coaching process regularly. Train your models about the angles, lighting, outfits, and backgrounds. You can also share some examples of ideal content with them to inspire them, and so on.

Scale your OnlyFans management agency

  • Create clothing for models to take pictures in - marketing
To find quality staff for your OnlyFans management agency, you can use third-party websites like Upwork and Fiverr, where many freelancers offer their services at cheap rates. But make sure not to compromise on quality to save a few dollars. The staff you will require includes:
  • Virtual assistants
  • Content writers
  • Experienced chatters
  • Marketing experts
  • Sales tea
  • And content managers.
Get Started with your OnlyFans agency
  • How can you get paid? And how much should you charge from a creator?
  • £2000 Fixed fee + 5% commission of earnings for every £5,000, for example £10,000 = 10%, £15,000 = 15%, all the way up until 30%.
  • Would a month trial whilst the company starts be good? (no fixed fee just commission)

It looks like a good business plan, it won't be easy but for sure you will gain a lot of experience and with effort you will make a successful business, I wish you all the best!

I'm thinking about doing OF myself and got contracts ready, I don't know if its allowed to share

Hey, you should be in a 50/50 split with models since you will be doing everything from uploading PPV's, Chatting, and running marketing methods ie. bumble/tinder, Tube method, mother slave, etc. There are also many other vertical integrations you can incorporate once your model is doing consistent 5-figs/ month other than clothing brands such as affiliate programs, cloning sites like adam&eve, etc then have all your models have your e-com store linked in their profiles. You can sell panties and other stuff in the meantime and have a wishlist for ppl to gift your models. I like how you added training your models it's very overlooked and some creators are pretty bad at taking pics/vids especially if they are new to social media. Reach out to creators via email usually if they are bigger they will have it posted somewhere a little google search can reveal a lot of info. And the last thing I didn't see you mention is buying the domain of your model (very important) and linking to a cardd website or if your more technical you can buy a template from codecanyon.net and hosting from other sites like godaddy and domain from another (keeps you undetected by google if you run PDM's in the future). Other than that you seem competent and I wish you the best of luck took me about 2 months of research and testing before I was confident to start hiring models don't rush your agency last thing you want is a bad rep in the r/creatorsonly community (HAHAH Joke)

Thankyou for the reply, definitely a few things you pointed out there i haven't thought of yet, especially this one here! Will research into it more now, thanks for the help

currently planning to start an agency myself, are there any updates with how your process has been going? In terms of the set up process for your business and recruiting models? Also are there any marketing strategies I should be looking into? I’m familiar with the Mother Slave method for IG, as well as using dating profiles to find followers

Another question I had, is time commitment. I have a full time 9-5 job, was wondering the time commitment required to be successful meaning 5k-10k a month after expenses?

There are some agencies out there that take like 80% of revenue. 50/50 would be considered quite a generous offer in many circles.

Like @RoiBox Said with his expertise. Naked girls are very lucrative. Good luck

Interesting! I'm interested to get into onlyfans management, but it's hard for me to find women
