Existing bots problems are that they are emulator, web browser or some old API. TikTok always will flag such activity.
There is a way to build clean bot farm, but you need to use:
-real devices on Android connected to the USB with cable, in usb debugging mode
-scrpy to control devices via ADB
-python scripts to control device, where to click, what to do, etc.

I am not doing such things, but listed you things you need to have. Then you can order the custom bot from some programmer, maybe in HAF section.
This would be the cleanest solution and unbannable
