My twitter account was permanently banned by I post about 5 links to a telegram channel. How can I take that off? I can't create new accounts and this is being a hindrance

Buy or create a new account. I personally would buy an aged account from somewhere like hqaccs.com, aged because you won't have to go through the whole 'we want to make sure you're human' phase that happens with new accounts.

Have you contacted any account unlocker? In my country there are so many people do this to make money.

File an appeal, and if it doesn't help do it again, and again, and again... Sooner or later they will respond and hopefully would unsuspend your account.

Well i would not lose precious time waiting for suport to answer ,buy an account or create a new one ,time its money
Who knows they can respond you after 2 months

No one can help here, only twitter support can.

Yeah they might take some time before you can get an answer, you just sent an email that you still waiting for an answer or review of your ban but if there is no response is a new account and tried to avoid what got you banned.
