Yeah, but from what I understand, you can make the AI voice-over sound like a real person and make it undetectable for YouTube, right?

Text to speech is not a "push button to get speech" thing. It takes time and effort to make it realistic. Anything less will sound like crap to viewers and will get flagged by Youtube.
How to not get caught:
Which AI to use? Do your own research. If you don't have the time or the skill to do your own research, quit now. Once you have found a few text to speech services, try their free trials. Listen to the sample voices. Choose whatever sounds real. Not "real enough", real. If you have a seriously powerful computer and a lot of knowhow you can try to host a text to speech AI on your own computer. You will still need to do the same method as with a paid service. Yes, including doing your own research and making your own voice, plus editing your output files to sound real.
Or just go on Fiverr and hire someone to do a clean recording for you. Fast, easy, and zero chances of getting flagged!
How to not get caught:
- You want to avoid free text to speech services. All the free voice samples are easy for Google/Youtube to spot and will get you flagged.
- Never use a default voice, even on a paid service. Make your own custom voice or use a paid voice.
- Edit the speech so the pitch and speed matches what a real person would do.
- Edit in breaths and sounds like laughter.
- Add in ambient sounds and music.

Yes, any voice i want. Even famous persons. Just need clean 30 - 40 sec sound of voice. And yea, sounds almost identical as voice on sample, but works only for English speaking languages.

AI voice is not yet good enough to use in channels. So make videos with human voice only.

not true at all, ive heard plenty of realistic sounding ai voice and ive even run a channel my self that was monetized.
