i personally use social kit, but it's russian software, so there is no other language in the menu as i know, their site address ends like ".ru" instead of ".com"

Interaction with stories works well if done correctly.
For mother-child you have to do a lot of testing as most of them will be blank or low trust score accounts and they will be hard to grow and most of the time get bans and blocks.
