Now we're all 100% sure he's never gonna refund. Even though he got official order from Mods.
Let's sum up what didn't work on him til now:
- Asking kindly multipe times
- Offering to accept just 50% refund
- Official injuction from Moderators
- Multiple Jr. VIP's and BHW users agreeing he's obliged to do it
He doesn't listen to anything and anybody. What do you guys propose to do now?
@AlwaysAlan and Mod team - As the decision is made but seller still clearly refuses to obey your order and refund - Are you able to provide further support and help me succesfully execute my funds back? I realy tried everything to solve it in a good faith as everyone can see above and on my screens. But for him I wasn't even worth OPENING the message and read. Til he get banned.

The person is a bad actor as he not only pulled that on you but had multiple accounts to game the forum.
I'm sure his parents are proud of him.

I was disgusted reading what he did under this thread today. I'm also afraid this might've not been his only other account on the forum. I know BHW is his only hunting ground so he won't let it go that easy. If I can have one last request to the Mods and Admins - please pay attention if his IP or other details leading to him are not appearing on the log-ins or new registered users.
Just to note, I'm not vengeful. I hope those steps may finally let him realize what he did and that the only way to get back on the forum would be to make up for his mistakes, refund and change work ethics. If he still wants to do any business with other people. But yet, even though I'd want to believe, I'm not sure if such people are welcomed in our community. Not thinking about myself only, the other goal of my whole post was to raise the awareness between other users, learn from my mistakes and simply to save at least few of them from coming into business with this scammer.

This is the type of person we don't want on our forum.
He's not done yet and he started digging his own grave now. Look at this:
As this is his second threat and this time aimed in other people to hurt me, I decided to take serious steps against him because he'll simply never learn. No more waiting for repentance, no more hoping for redemption, no more chances. Time to pay, but this time for real.
I wasn't touched by his first threat as those playlists were simply not used for business (they only had to look big and shiny lol) but now he did the worst thing - He will be disturbing innocent people that actually never been involved into this shit.
Thought I won't need to waste more time on him but after both of the threats (especially that one attacking artists) I will do a very deep research finding his customers and potential customers to tell them about the truth and make sure they will never order anything from him.
Of course that won't be enough. He chose war instead of paying for his mistakes so there will be no regrets.
I gently warned him many days ago about the exact steps I will take against him. He IGNORED all the messages not even trying to see what I wrote showering me by his golden rain.
If kindness and good will was pissed on by him, then it's a necessary justice. I already hired a specialized crypto scam hunters, will report the transactions to Binance and Coinbase and also contact Europol (European Union association that deals with crypto scams and actually do it effective) that will get his real ID and there's a high chance he will be forced to give back this money.
Hope none of you will think bad of me because I tried to do everything to solve this in a good faith. What I'm getting is a new threat everyday which must finally end before this guy will do something that will trigger EVEN WORSE consequences on him. I really don't want to hurt anyone, even a thief and scammer. But if the things will go too far, you'll understand I'll have no choice.
All of this above will start right after this weekend and then couldn't be reverted. I won't let him get away with this even if legal steps will need to be taken.
If he wants to stop this, he has 2 days now to refund me whole sum on my crypto address that I sent him on skype in my last message.
And please, someone tell this retard if he will ask again "how did I scam you" to deeply check my 1st 2 posts twice and spell each word until he won't get it. I'm really done.

@roydan, you keep mistaking "plays" with followers. Totally different things and they're also differently measurable. Followers are easy to spot as there are many statistic tools from Spotify plus I also have my own paid ones. So everything was precisely supervised and there's no chance of mistake.
