Paypal money receiving script

Hey, just to clarify this, I guess you bought a service or product and sent money on paypal and I also guess you encountered some sellers with specific script for you when you send money. For example "I acknowledge that this sale is final and no refund is available after purchase bla bla bla etc etc"

My question is, that script really save them from facing chargebacks or paypal even consider looking into that "Note" that you leave when buying his service?

You mean the "Terms and conditions" that the buyer has to agree to before the purchase. And the terms are that "this sale is final and there are no refunds"

You can make the buyer agree to those terms and conditions. But it will not protect you from a chargeback.

Because if your product or service does not perform as advertised the buyer can win the chargeback.

I wonder how Paypal decide if my product perfomed as advertised. My service can be immaculate and perform as advertised and buyer can chargeback money then what's the point of that script?

Paypal doesn't decide if your product performed as advertised.

The buyer makes that decision and that is a common reason for a chargeback.

Paypal or the credit card company will usually side with the buyer in most cases. Unless you can provide enough evidence to back up your claim.

And the point of that script is to let a buyer know "No refunds will be issued"

But that doesn't stop them from doing a chargeback with paypal or the their credit card company

I also don't want to risk my business by getting paid only in crypto, some customers maybe will pay with their credit cards, that's the problem and I'm aware and scared of those chargebacks.

just use crypto. you sleep well. if customers don't want to pay with crypto, then deny your services. pretty simple

After getting some clients I was going to open a few websites and the "pay only with crypto" will be worthless.

crypto will always be a good way to get paid. no need to discard it

I never said crypto isn't a good way to get paid but having more ways to get paid is never a bad thing.
