I keep getting contacted by random accounts asking me to DM message a specific business account to join their ambassador scheme.

This business is clearly blasting 10000s of people every day from various accounts.

How is it possible to automate this?

I'm guessing the business page isn't banned because they're use other accounts to outreach.

I'm interested in this approach, any insights much appreciated.


The business uses automation to handle all the incoming messages...that bits simple. I'm looking for information on the outreach.

There are tools out there that enable you to automate tens of thousands of accounts on a daily basis. I'm assuming you're in the fashion niche given your familiarity with the ambassador strategy (it's most popular for that category). It's a churn and burn sort of method but can work pretty well for lead-gen (not that great for growth in comparison to other methods).

You can filter for gender by running your scraped list of users through a list of the most common female/male names and simply get rid of the accounts that don't meet the criteria. As for location, your best bet would be to really think about the pages you choose to scrape or request screenshots of their demographics/stats prior to using them as a source. Like if you were targeting women in a specific location, you can target for them by scraping the IG pages of that region's most popular hair salons, nail salons, spas, yoga studios. waxing studios, pole dancing studios, etc. Basically, any localized business that is predominantly dominated by women.
