usage is different for every others. some use these to pay their upcoming bills using consolidated billing with credits in acc. some use for hosting, some use for ec2 servers , so on

Thanks for your fedback regarding 1k aws account. For 10k aws account, you will get limit of 32 vcpu per region. Regarding lightsail, i sent you pm.
