Let’s say I’m not banned on Google play and get policy strike #1 on first account. I then open a second account (without hiding identity) and get #1 strike on second account. I then (without hiding identity) open third account and get #1 strike.

Will using this method (basically paying 25 USD per policy strike) work in not getting me banned from Google Play?

I ask because I have 2 accounts with 2 policy strikes each (separated identities) and want to publish an app on a new, third account - but not risk my accounts and get lifetime ban..

I understand that..but can i have like 10 active accounts with 2 policy strikes each? (that's 20 policy strikes ..but no terminated account? ). I say 2 policy strikes each because at 3 policy strikes they terminate account.

I can't see any problems with this,
Except when they come for id confirmation

Yes i see no problem also, but does it work? I mean can you confirm that method? Because i have my doubts..there are 2 versions:

1. The person (and all associated accounts get 3 strikes) ..in this version: if you have 1 account with 1 strikes and another (lets say your father) with 2 strikes - you get account termination for all accounts

2. In this version you can have many accounts and as long as you have a maximum of 2 strikes per account ...you can post apps from all accounts ..is this too good to be true?

Have you tested any of these versions? In this version i assume Google already associated accounts (aka you didn't hide the association using different PC/IP etc).

No, Google say you only can have one account per person, they can also terminate all your accounts for this reason: multiple accounts.

At this moment the "3 strikes" rule is not exact, you can get your account banned without any strikes or any number of strikes and you can have a lot of strikes and don't your account banned. I think in your case it's more gray for G that you have a lot of accounts on the same PC/IP.

Do strikes get canceled/deleted with time? Like if I have 1 strike every year..in 10 years would be 10 strikes.

No, strikes or any other "mark" done on your account is for ever, but I already told you, not always this rule is true, I have an account with a lot of strikes and it's in good standing but also I got an account banned at first strike without warning.

As i understand this only applies if one of your accounts is terminated. I don't have any account terminated..my plan is to create another account (because my first account has 2 strikes)...will this work (i mean the second account to be in good standing after 1 strike).

You can have as many developer accounts you want or you need but if you get a third strike you are banned, because the strike is not applied to the account, is applied to the developer or owner of the account, so you can have 20 accounts and you get 1 strike in 3 account all the 20 accounts are banned because all the 20 belongs to you, but if they are not able to trace the other accounts to you they will stay active so instead of 20 banned accounts you might have only 3 you still have another 17 they are not able to trace to you, so just be carefull because you already wasted $25 and even with the second account you created you still 1 strike away from getting banned.

So if make the second account on the same computer I personally use (on the computer on which I use my 2-strike account), under the name/passport of a family member with no strikes. If that family member gets 1 strike..will they terminate the 2 strike account under my name also?
