Bad experience with Dewlance. Signed up, purchased a domain and hosting from them, after a day my money was refunded and my account closed on grounds of Fradulent activity. Very confused - I'm a fashion photographer building a portfolio website. Enquired with support about this with no assistance.

Leghal jurtisdiction. And this is not necessarily a criminal law concern - civil suits are more common.
In terms ofg BHW members, this part should go without saying but the chosen brand name of the site is a reflection of which side of a grey line the early SEO's found themselves on.
