What does Avg DA means?

Hi everyone, idk if this question looks dumb but recently i bought links from a seller and the links he advertised said Avg DA 20+ but when i received links some of them had 20+ DA and other half had less than 20 DA so i contacted seller and he said that i should have specifically asked for 20+ DA not avg DA 20+. Is it normal? This was my first time buying links from here so i am really not sure.

Any help is appreciated.

DA stands for Domain Authority. The higher the Domain Authority, the higher the possibility of Google viewing the website as credible & relevant and ranking it higher.

I guess you have to add them all up then divide by the total number of links and see if the number is over 20, if you want to see if his definition is correct.

I see, luckily it shows 20.1 which is right i guess according to seller but i am still feeling kind of scammed by this kind of service.

It's not about if it matters or not, the point is if the advertised thing is being delivered or not.

Even i agree with that DA thing that it doesn't matter alot.
