I tried this service and here's my review.
The goal of the campaign was to get people to follow back the promoted account on instagram. I got 1% follow back ratio.
Pros of this seller
1) High target accounts filtering, he offers a lot more filtering options than other sellers
2) I tried different sellers, and he is one of the sellers with highest work ethic I dealt with. Replies almost immediately, if he makes a mistake he will redo the order and tries to accommodate your request if they are feasible possible.
3) DMers Accounts customization options that increase conversion
Cons
- the follow back % could have been higher but it also depends on the accounts you want to promote

The regular ETA is 24-48h. There was i line of orders in front, i thought it would be a spot in between, that's why i informed the client that his order probably will be processed in 2-3h. However the spot wasn't available. After 48h without finding out what is going on he started blackmailing us, that's why i took decision to refund immediately and never have a deal again with that client.
The users who has on mind any blackmailing as a bad review here - please save our time. Don't contact us.
This thread exist over 2 years and doesn't have any bad reviews. I guess it's a good vouch of quality of our services.
