Hmmm, coffee is good for you though. Promotes good gut bacteria
39.Different people, different lives. At least it's good to know that you quitted them all at the end. May I know your age?
The issue is that once you start drinking coffee, you will not maintain the same amount every day. The number of cups will increase day by day. I started drinking coffee once every three or four days. Now, I get one or two daily. That is why I wanted to quit. It seems to have unnoticeable side effects when you drink for years. You only really get negative side effects when consuming large quantitys of caffeine.
A normal person who drinks a few cups of coffee a day is perfectly fine.
It even improves focus and productivity.
Okay. Hope you are good now.
I came to know about a person through a TV show who drank 40 coffees daily. He doesn't want to stop at all.Im not addicted, but knew someone that drank over 30 cups a day. Eventually the doc told him he needs to quit completely as his body was not able to handle so much caffeine, so he had to completely quit. It became like an addiction to alcohol. And he basically had to stop drinking anything with caffeine in it. Hectic!
Great. But, I wonder why people love caffeine even after knowing it's serious side effects.
Have you at least thought about quitting cigarettes?
I love it. And from what I hear, many high performing individuals use it regularly. Is Modafinil really a good drug? Have you got any side effects?
