If you have found the seller then simply reach out to their sales thread if they have. The guy will reach out to you.

And simply you pay with whatever payment method you decide and the guy agrees to that. And you get what you paid for.

Or if the guy doesn't have a sales thread then post your request on WTB or HAF section. Ask them to PM you because for now, you don't have the ability to msg them.
