How much time does Google need to index a new page?

I recently created a website with 7 pages and uploaded the sitemap.xml in SC. All pages are being indexed on the 1st of January except one.
Nothing should prevent the page from being indexed, no robots.txt, nofollow or misleading htaccess.
I tested the URL, and it's live and requested indexing twice over the past two days.
Should I wait longer? Is it possible that Google requires more time to index a particular page? It might require a human eye from them?
Any advice?

It may take even several weeks because indexing is random. Some pages don't index at all sometimes even though there is no hindering factor.

There's no set answer to this, some pages might never get indexed.

1 - 2 hours in although in GSC you will see the update is within 3 to 5 days but the date tell you that it was indexed a few days ago the day when you put it in GSC url to index

Indexing is a game of patience, but there are things to do to help out - mainly building links to both your home page and the page you want to get indexed. Also, I take it the non-indexed page is linked to from the home page? If not, get that sorted.

Google has far too many pages to look at (especially thanks to we spammers) to bother with any sort of humans to check new sites.

For a new site indexing will take days/weeks. And some pages may only get indexed once other pages start getting traffic. In addition to submitting the sitemap you should try adding more internal links.

check that the page is not being seen as duplicate content, if it is, it will be harder to get it indexed

Depends on various factors. Such as SEO page speed and content. just write an good article and it will be indexed in 1 day.
