Unfortunately, there's no way to upgrade or downgrade across plans since they are separate products in my system. You can purchase the Basic plan, then cancel your Lite subscription and I can refund your money for the Lite purchase.

Hi, I've just received my license key and activated it my when I tried to download the Plugin I want I get an error message saying "Error Downloading - You do not have access". Can you help?

Trying to purchase the Basic plan just sends me to the "your shopping cart is empty" page. Can you please take a look.

I have a plugin on my site that might be blocking your requests. I just disabled it. Please try activating gplcellar using the product id and api key I provided in your email and let me know if that works. Otherwise, if you can provide wp-login access I can have a deeper look into your issue.

You should be able to renew/reactivate your prior subscription from your gplcellar.com/account. Let me know if that works and I'll look into why you are receiving an empty shopping cart.

You can ignore my previous comment about renewing from your account page because I checked your prior orders and noticed you paid with crypto which doesn't support renewals.

I cleared out all of the saved carts from the database, give your add to cart another try and let me know.

I'm able to see the order; though, I'm unable to see the captcha on the order page. I've tried a few different browsers with no luck. When attempting to subscribe to other packages, using the normal checkout page, the "I'm not a robot" captcha appears without issue. Seems to just be an issue on this order page.
