There is issue with some of my orders I tried contacting him through different means but he is not responding. He got time to respond to test credit posts but not mine.

We are in Ukraine. There is a war going on here. The only way available to us to exchange currency with the outside world is PayPal. Just send us your wallet and we will transfer it to the site administration today. They will refund you in full

If they paid in Crypto the refund has to go via Crypto.

You find someone that will do that for you and don't put it on the one who is disappointed in the service.
