I need hosting for a small project and would like to know if anyone has or had a WordPress site on host koala servers?

it's my main (well, the only one that I have) hosting account, but I'm just starting using it. I've had it for 9 months without doing anything with it, and now I'm building my 1st site and hosting it with HK.

I did contact their customer support several times, though and they've always replied fast and well. I think their owner is here on BHW, but I don't remember who it is.

But anyway, for $5 a year you can bite the bullet and see if it's working for you, it's not such a big loss in case that things go wrong :)

Thanks for info, I was think if I can upgrade maybe later on some good plans

I am hosting 6 websites on hostkoala, for the price you are paying you are getting a good service. (I am using the 10$ packages with lscashe and litespeed, there are 20% discount codes you can find in the web as well)
Website speeds with WPRocket + Perfmatters are always 90+.
If you are buying it for a new website and believe you don't need 99-100 speed every single test they can be a great choice.

of course you can upgrade. But why not contact them to find this out directly from them? This way you also test their customer service :)

Yes, Hostkoala is my first love. :D

Good service, and support is noob-friendly! They definitely have the patience to answer my stupid questions back then!

got a 1 year hosting for $3.5 LOL .......hosting is great but just upgrade to higher package once your traffic really goes up like thousands everyday. The ticket is very fast to answer my questions . Overall I like it.

hostkoala is reseller of hostmantis, buyvm/buyshared, shock hosting, myw, and other low end providers.
so you can try them. but don't use hostmantis as the node, as after selling the company to dynamichosting the performance has degraded.
hostkoala has small packages, like 1GB, 5GB, etc. you can use it for small projects, but when your site grows, the amount you are paying will increase very much. So if you are planning 25GB, 50GB, space to store wordpress site, databases, images, etc. then get some more decent provider or directly from above names.

I got it for 3 years for seven dollars, someone here shared the coupon.
I haven't used it for a year, planning to use it this year.
This is what gtmetrix is giving me for a fresh wp install , I can't complain

As in any hosting cheap or expensive, do you´re own backups. There is backup software for manual backups in their panels, but backup your site outside too. I usually use their $5 per year DirectAdmin hosting.

A portion of the topics are shite. By and by I likewise utilize half breed. Dim mode is an unquestionable requirement and any individual who tells you in any case aren't human.
