that is not for chatgpt. Their most powerful API only supports GPT3. ChatGPT uses GPT3.5 which does not have an API yet.

They already charging money for the better AI. Did the calculations with an associate few days ago, They sell "Tokens" which are 0.75 words per token. so 2420 characters article (379 words) = 470 tokens

1. Ada AI (Fastest) = $0.0004 * 470 = $0.188
2. Babbage AI = $0.0005 * 470 = $0.235
3. Curie AI = $0.002 * 470 = $0.94
4. Davinci AI (Most powerful) = $0.02 * 470 = $9.4
