What up BHW, long-time lurker here. Long time is actually an understatement. I've been sniffing around this community for more than 7 years. Not sure why I never really jumped in and became a solid member but here I am.
I can't say that the years I spent lurking weren't beneficial. I was able to comb through the entire forum (Almost), learn some things and even test some of the methods that have been shared freely.
So even though I never really became a member, as an outsider I'm still grateful for the abundance of information that is shared here.
I've learned a lot just from being a lurker. So much so I was able to launch my own little agency along the way. Something I'm extremely proud of.
I've gotten to the point where I think I'm ready to become a part of the community and contribute where I can. I think I'm more interested in building solid relationships with like-minded individuals.
I've never been the type of person to spend time socializing about minimalistic topics. I would rather spend my time bouncing ideas off the wall and trying to figure out how to get that next dollar.
So hopefully during my time here, I am able to develop and nurture a small network of people who share the same passion as me, and that is building wealth.
In the meantime, It's nice meeting all of you brilliant, internet go-getters. And hopefully, we meet again.
