Legal Question Onlyfans Contract while I'm not 18

Hi, I want to promote models for a % of their earnings. I'm not 18 yet. Payments could be done by crypto but idk how to sign a contract while I'm not 18. Does it change anything Legally? Would my mom have to sign it for me? I want this to be done as legally as possible so that when she tries not to pay or do something I can try to do anything about it. Don't make fun of me I'm looking for serious answers.

Legally speaking it's a no no for you, and if any adult would actually sign that for you knowing what it is then that's something else entirely.

I think you're old enough to understand that you shouldn't be looking at TT's on or off the internet even if you're just months away from your 18th birthday, much less getting into a legal contracts with x-rated performers.

Wait until your 18... and get yourself better role models to look up to.

A few months ago I offered such a service of promotion but it is a headache. Also take into consideration that the models will steal the clients, they will make the clients sign up on fansly for example and during they make money you will see a decrease in earning, no matter how hard you strive for promotion.
It is an egg-and-chicken problem (who was the first? Egg or chicken?) the same is with promotion. You need testimonials and good results to promote your services to models but you can not have testimonials if you have no girls to promote... Anyways, you can not do anything legally in the adult industry until you are 18... at the moment you can learn.

Believe me, he can be the best promoter in world. Most models wont even talk to him when they know he is not 18, because they don't take him seriously.
And legally it is also not completely harmless for the models..

Dude, if you really want to support your family then go to work. Use what you have and pick a Method or Journey here on BHW and put in the time and effort.

There's a plethora of ideas and options to pick from, easy isn't always best and x-rated or adult isn't the most lucrative I'm the long run.

Do something you'll be proud to tell your family how you got the funds.

If I were you I'd start with a YT cashcow channel.

Legality aside, this doesn't affect your work in the slightest. No OF contracts are legally binding anyway, they simply wouldn't hold up in court, they're just there as a formality and to cover all bases. However, you'd need to first learn the necessary skills of the OF game, and then try, as there's so many people starting agencies without any knowledge atm.

If you're managing the model properly then it will pay to her from onlyfans (have her create a Wise account and pay there), after that you can exchange for any of these methods but you can even just transfer to your own bank normally without an issue (varies from country to country but it should be fine for you).
