Would YouTube Flag Me This?

1st question​

I recently started making animation videos on a new YouTube account, and I wanted to know if I could use my content id music in my original content to monetize my videos. I know most people use this strategy in compilation videos and get banned from music distributors because the compilation channels are obviously exploiting copyrighted content, but I wanted to know if I had a better shot at keeping my content ID songs in good status if I claim my original animation content videos and stay away from obvious high risk content types like compilation, unreleased music videos etc.

2nd question​

My other question is how people get banned from music content id. If you use the same set of songs on your videos, does YouTube automatically flag your claims for review, and then a distributor employee looks at your content and makes a decision from there? Or does YouTube ask the distributor to take down the claims regardless of the context of the claimed content?

As I know, there is two possibilities and its really depending on what music u are using. There is some kinds of de-monetization that comes directly after getting detected and the content of the video doesnt have a much importance.

Another case is that you get a copyright claim against your vid, it is done by a person or the owner itself.

As I already know some rappers myself in my country, I already had a discussion to understand how such things work, for the manual part its mostly for some individual singers who would accept people to promote their songs somehow using reaction vids/compilations/reposting...

But as for some distribution companies, they'll take down your vids no matter what the vid is. Specially if the song is included in an album distributed by a big company.

I also don’t plan to put the music in the outro or intro, i was planning to use it in the background of the video because my beat making skills are fairly decent. If i actually use the music in my video, would it help my chances of staying in good graces with content ID?

Having the music in the background cannot bypass youtube 100%, there is big Vloggers avoiding sitting in coffees with popular music so they avoid getting de-monetized.

For the beat part, I think what you need can be simply done by finding a creative-common music or beat, there is plenty available for no copyright at all, they would be safe to use.

Also, no offense if this comes off as rude, but i think your confused about the music im using. I’m not planning to use other people’s music, im planning to use the music i made myself to monetize my new channel via sending my music to self serve music distribution companies and they would put my music in their content ID.
