Ordered AstraZeneca on 11/29.. got domain suggestions on 12/6. Provided login details within a few hours on same day. Today is 12/16 and no work has been done on any of the 5 sites yet with zero communication from seller.
I may end up thrilled with the sites but was definitely expecting more communication than what I’ve gotten so far. Still within listed TAT as of now but I’m starting to have some doubts.
I’d suggest you be more proactive in communication with your customers.
