New Instagram Feature "Share a note"

1. Tap DMs in the top right of Feed.
2. At the top of your Chats list, tap your profile picture.
3. Tap Share what’s on your mind… and enter a note of up to 60 characters.
4. Below Share with, choose to share your note with Followers you follow back or your Close Friends.
5. Tap Share in the top right to share your note.

You and others will see your note at the top of the Chats list for up to 24 hours. After this time, your note will no longer be visible on Instagram.
When someone replies to your note, their reply will start a chat between you and them only. Others cannot see who’s viewed or replied to your note.

It was just an experiment, the real goal was to implement notes related to private API. you can use it to make anything you want notes to do

That's a pretty cool new feature.
Could be helpful for getting interactions or DM's.

I've noticed that it doesn't seem to have as much of a reach for anyone that you haven't already interacted with via DMs in the past. Notes from meme pages, influencers, theme/fan pages simply don't show up when scrolling through the available notes.
