Yeah, we already got that you consider yourself prettier than her (which is subjective). That doesn't even help with growing an onlyfans account, it's the attitude, how you treat and communicate with your subs, posting frequency, quality of the material, body (and that maybe is not even that relevant tbh), etc. Doesn't help "being much prettier than my friend". Maybe your friend, according to your own parameters isn't at your level, but she uploads daily, sends and answers dm, do dick ratings, sells good content, has good plans and packages, etc.

Hire a freelancer for this, or an agency.

Most importantly, work on your attitude, being "pretty" means nothing on the long run. If that was the only relevant parameter, onlyfans wouldn't exist, as people are looking for real women there, with normal bodies and normal faces, if people wanted just models and gorgeous looking people, the porn industry with their actresses already offers that.
