If it's a mobile proxy and you have sufficiently different fingerprints you can run multiple profiles as your traffic will blend with real users who may also be accessing the same sites.

If you have exclusive access to an IP, such as a DC proxy, don't run multiple profiles. If one gets caught, the others get caught almost automatically.

You can use extensions like SwitchyOmega or FoxyProxy (there are a lot of them), and use 1 proxy for each your chrome profile

Recommended to use one ip per browser(account). You can achieve this by use one static proxy to each browser or one changing proxy (mobile for ex) to several browsers

You can use same proxy on multiple chrome browser. Now it’s depends on Your task. You can't run multiple Facebook on same proxy so suggest to use single ip on single browser.
