1 proxy can be used for many chrome ?

Strictly speaking, yes you can absolutely do that. Should you? Well, that depends on what you're using the proxy for. In the case of accessing multiple accounts, that's a really fast way to get banned, restricted, etc. etc. Check first if you won't have any issues using one proxy on several chrome browsers or some such and you should be good. Best to cover your bases, after all.
