Hi.

On September 28, @KingPluto ordered 20 articles. I published them on his website after 3 days, and today, after almost 2 months, he opened a dispute on PayPal asking for a full refund, claiming that I didn't deliver the content.

These were his words:
"I purchased content for my website on the sellers website: https://www.boscocontent.com/
The content wasn't delivered and I have reached out to the seller for a while now and had no luck.
I have emailed and messaged the user on the forum - still no luck.

I would like to demand a full refund."

I have also seen that the user hasn't logged on to the forum for about 1 month.

I'll attach the proofs that the items were delivered.

Thanks!

Since this shitlist does not concern me, I should not post, but I cannot stop myself because I've been a victim of the same scam myself. The thing is that people are doing this too much nowadays. I delivered services to a person who paid me via PayPal invoices and opened a shitlist after 6 months for over $2000. I had that PayPal account since 2009, and it's now suspended. I can only give advice to sellers that only accept payments via PayPal for reputed members who have a good reputation here and have been here for a long time. For other customers, use crypto or Payoneer. I don't know much about Payoneer, but people say it's better than GayPal.

In house Escrow service that involves crypto is the only way to go. When I want to purchase goods on the dark web, I have to deposit my bitcoin to the "escrow man", and when I received the stuff, I contact the escrow man to release the funds to the seller. This will be impossible to dispute the transaction since it's crypto. Furthermore, the admins of the Black Hat World should create another section to the forum that states, "verified & trustworthy sellers", this will help buyer's confidence.
