I want to share with everyone my experience of using this service. First of all, these Turkish guys are cheating their customers. I ordered auditions from the United States of America using premium accounts. I ended up getting the cheapest auditions in Portugal and moreover with trial accounts. For those who understand they will understand that this is the lowest income that can be. Spending $ 1 USD you get $ 1.20 USD and that's if your auditions will not be deducted by Spotify. To my complaints and proofs which I provided in correspondence I was just told that I was a fool and have no experience in spite of the fact that I am in the music publishing business since 2011. I highly do not recommend using this service as you will lose your money. These Turkish guys are real scammers never work with Turks.

I've done dozens of order for 20 days, I had only 1 minor problem, the follower I bought dropped and they said they would make up for it. I'm waiting now. All the listenings I received were reflected in my spotify artist. I made small purchases, I will share income statistics.These turkish guys are not scammers. There is no perfect smm panel. First try with only small purchases.

First of all, they have to fulfill their obligations if they take money for services.They have a huge number of problems, premium services do not work correctly, subscribers are reset constantly, even without Spotify updates, customer service does not help anything, and exists only for visibility.
And now that Spotify is dropping ALL plays and ALL subscribers, they MUST refund customers because customers didn't get what they were promised.

@Arnold Rothstein I finally manage to (sort of) comunicate with an agent using the live chat of your panel (response time was super slow anyway), which told me that Paypal payment isn't accepted anymore. I've done the payment to refill my balance using Wise, provided the transaction ID and my user account to the agent (Soydan) through the live chat and get no response since then... I don't know what's going on with your service (or at least with the live chat support). I have the confirmation from Wise that the money has been transferred to the given email address, but the balance hasn't been updated. Now if I try to get in touch using the live chat the following message show up:

"We’re currently unavailable. We’ll get back to you when one of our operators is able to respond. Please provide your email address so we can get in touch with you."

Can you give some explanation please?

yes, we all struggle with spotify updates but anyway. %80 of services already get fixed. Btw thanks for your lovely words
