To get a good quality score in Google Ads, you need to ensure that in each campaign or rather in each ad group, there is an EXTREMELY close co-relation between the keywords, ad headlines, ad descriptions and the landing page.
Example, if your keywords are "buy desks", "buy cheap desks", then the ad headlines AND ad descriptions AND the landing page, must be ONLY AND ONLY about desks. Then the quality score would improve & would be quite good.
Ofcourse, the above is not mandatory as far as simply running ads in Google Ads is concerned, you can have keywords "buy guitar","buy cheap guitar" & ad headlines about bananas, ad descriptions about sandwiches and landing page about planet Pluto, but then the quality score would be pathetic, very low.
But as far as getting a good quality score is concerned, you need to ensure that in each campaign or rather in each ad group, there is an EXTREMELY close co-relation between the keywords, ad headlines, ad descriptions and the landing page.
Another point is having proper / correct grammar in the ad copy, so that the algorithms can correctly understand what your ad copy is about. And ofcourse, having proper / correct grammar in the ad copy, is not mandatory as far as simply running ads in Google Ads is concerned, you can have an ad copy like "Our desks good very, cheap much, you buy discount today", "Selling we are desk for today discount thing everybody liking", but then the quality score would be pathetic, very low.
However, as far getting a good quality score is concerned, also ensure having proper / correct grammar in the ad copy.

@Uniqueways "However its still safe to run with 1/10 quality score?" :-
You can run with quality score of 1/10, however, the lower the quality score, the higher the CPC would be. The higher the quality score, the lower the CPC would be.
And at quality score of 1/10, will it be profitable ? : That part only you can know based on your CPC, ROI, etc, etc, etc.
