I bought the book for 20$ from shoppy, I'm not a PayPal newbie but not a professional either, but after reading some sections, I was able to find some valuable experiences and hints, also a few great websites to check later.
BTW, try to receive payments on another network such as Tron, the BTC payment just took nearly 30 minutes to complete.

Which sites do you recommend for checking IP quality/fraud score? As there are many sites giving IP quality reports but sometimes the reports are very inconsistent for a given IP address, some flag it as good quality and some flag as poor.
