I purchased hosting from you on Dec. 2nd to test your service.
I opened a ticket to move my site from my previous hosting [Ticket ID: 847807] and already provided login credentials for cPanel to give you access.
You haven't done it yet, and I haven't received any reply so far.
Quite disappointed with your communication.
Please reply ASAP!
