Mobilehop.com US 5G Mobile Proxies

What will happen to my money in proxyguys ?
They use the exact same platform as them and the exact same servers and locations

@culy88 Unfortunately it looks like Proxyguys has completely shut its doors and the proxy site is no longer reachable, very likely you may not have much recourse to obtain a refund from them.

@Zachery Skiles Proxyguys was a reseller of our service and most of the tools and applications were developed by us along with the proxy portal itself, their layouts were actually a reskin of our own you will also notice on our proxy portal customers will have access to more locations and tools not provided to customers on resellers sites. If you or any other BHW members have any questions about this feel free to leave our live chat a message and we can clear anything up for you.

Live chat is available directly from our https://mobilehop.com/ site!

Tried the service and here are my observations-

Initial NY location observation-
-browserleaks doesnt open
-Using socks5 protocol via proxifier- leaks DNS in chrome, doesn't support webrtc resolution (it is blank)
-Using OpenVPN config via OpenVPN- still leaking actual DNS in browsers, webrtc support is there but webrtc IP is different than public IP(mismatch). hence proxy usage is detected
-In both usage- Tunnelling is also detected

2nd different location ovservation-
-browserleaks does open
-Using socks5 protocol via proxifier- leaks DNS in chrome, doesn't support webrtc resolution (it is blank)
-Using OpenVPN config via OpenVPN- not leaking actual DNS in browsers only proxy DNS showing, webrtc support is there and matches public IP. hence proxy usage is not detected.
-OpenVPN connected via UDPv4 protocol and everything looks good

In both usage- Tunnelling is not detected.
-TCP IP fingerprinting shows Fuzzy alongside windows 10NT that i spoofed in panel. I think this is not good as my real machine on real connection does not show fuzzy by the TCP Fingerprint.
I think spoofing is detected here.

Initial proxy of NY lacked UDP support and got detected as proxy and tunnel
2nd proxy of different location support UDP via openVPN and did not get detected as proxy and/or tunnel

IP change be it for any location is quick, IPs are all clean and non abused

I would like to speak to Thread owner and tech admin of @mobilehop to discuss more about these
Unfortunately I had the same experience as you when I used the ProxyGuys service which uses the same network as MobileHop. Although the IP's are clean there are massive data leaks that lead me being exposed and detected by Google anti-fraud systems. I was wondering what was going on tripping them when I used the service why so many sites kept detecting that I am using a proxy and it turns out that spoofing is easily detected and there is very bad leakage no matter what location or provider you use. So I tried another companies mobile provider as a test and what you know no leaks, spoofing detected and did not trip any anti-fraud systems and everything worked perfectly because security was in place on the modems to prevent leaks, spoofing and fingerprinting. Although you guys have clean IP's you seriously need to get this addressed in your system with the leaks and spoofing being detected as I am not the only person that has experienced this. You can have a solid mobile network, but if you have no protection against spoofing, DNS leaks and fingerprinting it's really worthless as it leads you being exposed by anti-fraud systems by Google ReCAPTCHA for example and others. Many sites have detection systems in place against this but the service currently fails to pass these checks. Hope one day you take this a priority.

I was a ProxyGuys customer and this is contrary to what ProxyGuys support has told us. They stated they had no control over the shutdown. They are a reseller of your service and you shut them down.

This seems consistent with how ProxyGuys thread was shut down and how you guys spoke about your resellers.

I can’t work with a company who would blatantly disregard the customer’s operations and then lie a out it. Simply say you decided to shut them down.

Your actions have hurt our business. We’ll be looking elsewhere.

The proxies were sent by proxyguys were created on mobilehop server and mobilehop tell me they don't know. I lost $900 for my proxies subscriptions and look what they do.

And now they don’t even reply and blatantly ignore our post here and respond to others instead. @Echo @lucky.sparks

How would they not know? Apparently, ProxyGuys was a reseller. They are the same “modems”. They know which ones are sold. MobileHop and ProxyGuys had the same exact backend portal, just different logos…

I’m starting to think this was planned. How convenient is it to shut down a “reseller” and not have to fulfill orders. Then make everyone double pay to renew their subscription…?

After all the money we lost, I’m honestly considering posting this on the sh*t list. https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/dispute-resolution.31/

Definitely staying away from this provider. If you care about quality service and support, you should stay away as well.
