this panel seems to be a scam! I uploaded 25 USD to test the service. the first order was canceled right away. After i contact the support, they suspended my account...And Now?
 
Ticket #14167 you have 24 hours to refund all the orders inside the ticket else I will shitlist you as you seem to ignore my requests and close the ticket

This was the first time I tried SMM Panel. I thought I would start small, paid 12 USD and ordered 10 300 Twitter followers. It started well at the beginning, but at about 3700 followers the process stopped.

I opened a ticket, got this response:

"Order placed : 4 days
Expected Delivery time : 2 days 44 minutes

Order is taking longer than expected to be delivered - this can happen due to high load on this service. We are investigating the issue."

I waited for a while, and as there was no further reply about what was going to happen, I asked for a refund.

They stopped the process, and the dashboard showed that 8.76496 USD had been spent and 2,744 followers were left to complete.

Well there are some serious math problems here, I indicated this again in the tiket. They forwarded the problem to the marketing department. The reply was that they had delivered 7,556 followers, but this is simply not true.

I know it's not a large amount of money, but I expect to get what I pay for, or if they can't deliver, to refund the money.

This story is over a week old, I have let it all go. But if you don't want the hassle and a completely unnecessary expense to yourself, avoid them!

All orders were refunded hours ago.

My review:

I haven't got any followers from the panel as I canceled it, and they say it takes 6-24hrs before it gets canceled. I waited for 24hrs, and it still has not yet been canceled. Then I searched for a new panel to try on, and still when I got back, it was still not canceled. They just said it was delivered, which is not true because the other panel provided my followers immediately.

I don't know if this happens to others, but for me, it's my experience. They say 1st impression last. Would I recommend it? Absolutely no, even if it's a trial balance.
