Bought two accounts, 5K and 25K. Got a good discount and was able to increase limits on them quickly.

What does it mean "small-scale instances". What kind of instances could be treated as small for warm-up period? Is t2.xlarge with 4cpus and 16ram small?
What if I use few instances but upload large data assets to S3?

1. We mean small scale instances - t2.micro, t2.medium.
2. After 2-3 weeks you can gradually create t2.xlarge with 4cpus and 16ram instances.
3. It's not recommended to upload large data assets to S3 in the initial stage.

These are individual AWS accounts launching big instances initially not recommended, it will raise the red flag. Once your account get warmup(some credits usage) then you can launch large instances and place requests for other approvals.
