Do you disable WEBRTC or not?

When creating a profile in incogniton the WEBRTC is stated as alterted.

Now here is where I get confused.
Some people say to disable it and some say to leave it on.

If I disable it, it may raise red flags, but if I enable it, then it may leak my real IP

This is for running facebook ads on a proxy.

Please enlighten me

Do not disable webrtc, leave it as "altered", which means it will appropriately spoof your actual webrtc details, in order to show an appropriate IP address when using a proxy in any anti-detect browser.
A disabled webrtc raises red flags.

as you already noted it can leak your real IP which makes use of a proxy/VPN useless if you want to hide your location.
i would disable it.
