No, you are not eligible just yet. At minimum, you need an active Jr. VIP subscription. The requirements were listed in the OP of this post. I'll post them for you in case you missed them:
Requirements
- Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
- Applicants must be proficient in the English language, although proficiency in a second language is a plus. Members with excellent written communication skills will be especially desirable.
- Applicants must not have a live marketplace thread nor can they have the intention of having one after accepting their position.
- Applicants must have an above-average understanding of the forum rules.
- Applicants must have a current Jr. VIP membership.
