Tried out the service and it did not work for me. Was assured before signing up that they would work with me to get me what I needed or I would receive a full refund. Messaged them multiple times and they have been extremely slow to respond. They have billed me multiple times and the service has never worked for me and they stopped responding to my support ticket. I need a full refund as promised when I signed up.
