Setup anonymous company in UK how?

Can someone explain to me in simple details how it is possible to setup a anonymous company in the UK? By anonymous I mean that my name is not shown anywhere public!

Is it possible to avoid my name to show up on any incorporation documents? if so, please post simple steps to archieve this if possible?

Notice they offer a service where the UK company is controlled by two offshore companies. That might be how you can start anonymous, as in, in the UK records the owner is a Belize company.

I assume it works like this (for example):

You own Belize company. Belize does not display company owner information.

UK company is owned by Belize company.

Therefore whenever someone looks up the UK company details, they only see the Belize company.

However I suspect the UK government will require you explain who owns the Belize company.

Therefore the best option is probably to pay someone to own the UK company for you. They'd know who you are, but they're responsible of the company.

You will need to register with HMRC, there is no way you can be anonymous.
Even if you register a subsidiary of an offshore company, you will still need to KYC with HMRC.

Setting up a company anonymously is called a “subsidiary” and it’s perfectly legal. To simply set this up, you must have a current entity own a UK entity,

meaning your uk company identification # must say “Company A” is owner of said UK entity

It's still not truely anonymous cause there will be connection left on this route. And the mask is basicly other person, That come with it owns problem.
