How is this channel still monetized?

That channel has not uploaded any movies (not even one). It has "how to" educational videos such as "Songs/Movie Channels Monetization with CMS | How to Monetize Channel with MCN", "How to Upload Movies Comparison Videos on Youtube with 100% Monetization", etc.

The channel mentioned in the video is not monetized. As well as the 2 youtube profiles that are mentioned in the comments. They are also not monetized. The only account that is monetized is the account that is making this video.

The fact that ads appear on a channel doesn't mean its monetized.

bro,
The system in the message I wrote does not control the ads. The system finds out if Video monetization is actually turned on.

Not the most reliable looking website. Either way, I don't think there's a way to determine client side whether the channel is receiving the revenue, youtube, or the content owner.

bro,
I think you are wrong. There is a way to determine this.
There are tricks to find out if the channel, youtube or content owner is making a profit. Logically, if you are an expert web developer, you should know if there is an adsense link in the video source.
